Loading money is free. What you load is what arrives. There is no fee to take and no entry where one could hide.
Your change stays yours.Whatever is left after the event is still in your wallet. No claim form, no deadline, no fee.
Unclaimed money is not income. Not ours and not the organiser’s. A balance nobody has spent is still somebody’s balance.
